Rates Includes :
•	Rates for rooms and extra bed are quoted for room and bed only without breakfast.
•	Rates are quoted in RM ( Ringgit Malaysia ).

 

Terms & Conditions:
•	Rates are quoted ++ subject to additional 10% service and 5% government tax.
•	A surcharge of RM 30.00 ++ per room per night is applicable on eve of and on Public Holidays as shown below.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM70.00 ++ per bed per night.
•	Extra breakfast is chargeable at RM25.00 ++ per adult.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•	Rates quoted above are applicable to local and overseas market alike.
•	Check-In time is at : 2.00 pm.
•	Check-Out time is at : 12.00 noon.
•	Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservation are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel Bank Account which shall be advised during the Confirmation Stages.
•	We accept most major credit card including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

NORMAL PERIOD

A 72 hours notice is required for all cancellation otherwise a one night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.

PEAK PERIOD

A 8 working days notice is required for all cancellation during our Peak Period otherwise a one night charges shall be charged for the total rooms reserved shall be charges to the guest.
